What can I ask you to change?
Pretty much anything on your site: words, photos, prices, opening hours, team members, offers and new pages. If a job is bigger than your monthly hours, we'll quote for it first.
What if I don't use all my hours?
Unused time carries over to the next month, up to one month's worth. Quiet months help cover busier ones.
Do you write the blog posts yourselves?
Yes. We'll agree topics with you, write them in your voice and send each one for a quick check before it goes live.
Do I need Website Maintenance as well?
It's recommended. Management covers your content, while Maintenance covers hosting, updates, backups and security. Most clients have both.
Can you manage a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. We work with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and most other systems. We'll take a free look first to make sure.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no fees. Your website and everything on it stays yours.
