Our story
Where it started
We began by designing listing templates and shop billboards for eBay sellers. That's where the name Auction Template King comes from.
Hundreds of sellers later, we'd learnt what makes people trust a business they've never met and press "buy". Clear photos, honest information and a shop that looks like it'll still be there next week.
What came next
The same sellers started asking for websites, logos and leaflets. So we started making them, using everything eBay had taught us about selling online.
Before long we were building sites for plumbers, salons, clinics and shops who'd never sold on eBay at all, but wanted a website that brought in work.
Where we are now
Websites, online shops, SEO, Google Ads, eBay and Amazon design, logos and print, all from one small UK team.
We've kept what worked from the start: fixed prices you can see before you buy, plain English, and the same person looking after you from your first message to long after launch.
A note from Nick
"I wanted to run the kind of design business I'd want to hire myself."
That means telling you the price before you buy, writing in plain English and never leaving you chasing a reply. It means recommending the cheaper option when it's the right one, even if it's not ours.
Most of our clients are small businesses like yours, often running on very little time. Our job is to take the website, the design and the techy bits off your plate, and do them properly.

You'll see the price before you buy. If a job is bigger, you get a fixed quote first, never a surprise invoice.
No jargon or acronyms without an explanation. If something's technical, we'll tell you what it means for your business.
No account managers or ticket queues. You deal with the person doing the work.
We're based in the UK and work with businesses all over it. Email, phone or WhatsApp, we reply within a working day.
Once it's paid for, you own your website, logo and designs. No lock-in, and we'll hand everything over if you ever leave.
If you don't need something, we'll say so. A smaller package that does the job beats a big one that doesn't.
