What's the difference between Maintenance and Management?
Maintenance looks after the technical side: hosting, updates, backups and security. Management looks after your content: text changes, new pages and blog posts. Many clients have both.
Is hosting really included?
Yes. Every plan includes fast UK hosting and an SSL certificate, so you can stop paying your current host once we've moved you across.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no fees. If you leave, we'll hand over your website files and a full backup so you can host it elsewhere.
What counts as a small fix?
Things like a broken form, a layout problem on phones, or a plugin that's stopped working. Bigger jobs are quoted first, so there are never surprise bills.
What if my site gets hacked?
On Standard and Priority, we clean it up and restore it at no extra cost. On Essential, we'll restore your latest backup and quote for any extra clean-up.
Do you only look after WordPress sites?
No. We look after WordPress, WooCommerce and hand-built sites. Shopify handles its own hosting, so Shopify shops are better suited to Website Management.
