What's the difference between a web app and a phone app?
A web app runs in a browser, so it works on any phone, tablet or computer without an app store. It's quicker and cheaper to build and update. People can still add it to their home screen like an app.
I only have an idea. Is that enough?
Yes. That's exactly what discovery is for. We'll turn the idea into screens, a plan and a fixed price, and you keep the plan whether you build with us or not.
Who owns the app?
You do. Once each stage is paid for, the code and data are yours, with handover notes so any developer could pick it up.
Can it connect to Xero, our CRM or other tools?
Usually, yes. Most accounting, CRM, payment and booking tools can share data with a web app. We'll check yours during discovery.
Is our data safe?
We host in the UK, encrypt data in transit, back up daily and give each person only the access they need. We'll talk through any UK GDPR needs at discovery.
What if we want to change things later?
That's expected. Building in stages means it's easy to change direction once you see how people really use it.
